About US
This website is a fusion of passions: a passion for wind water sports, travel, carribean culture and photography. It all started on one cold and grey November day when a Trinidadian guy met a Ukrainian girl at a Latin club in Toronto. He was a businessman, as well as a rock climber, a windsurfer, a kiter, and a salsa dancer. She was an inquisitive Ph.D science student longing to see and to experience the world after been locked up in a former communist country for over 20 years. She has never had the chance to try rockclimbing, windsurfing or kitesurfing before they met. Two years to the day a brief wedding ceremony took place on the beach in the Bahamas. The winds in the Bahamas are not known to be consistant but they blew about 25 knots during the entire wedding day. Immediately, after the cermony, the happy bride turned to her husband and said, "Honey, go kiting"; and so began their adventure together. Our passions for wind, water, and travel has taken us to endless wind destinations around the world. The Caribbean draws us back again and again; because of its variety, the culture and the diversity; not to mention so many amazing beaches to kite and windsurf. This website was created to share our experiences with everyone. Svitlana's passion for writing, and photography has found its outlet. Christopher's 20 years of windsurfing and kiting expertise and understanding of what is important when planning the perfect trip has helped to keep Svitlana's enthusiam in check.
